Children's Ministry

Teach Hopetown Kids about God, using monthly lesson plans
Develop their knowledge and love of Jesus and nurture their spiritual growth
Develop and execute crafts and games for interactive learning
Oversee the incentive program, allowing kids to redeem earned tickets in the Kids Store
Plan and implement special programs
Develop kids’ desire to Walk in Love, Live Victorious, Make Disciples, and Make a Difference in the World

Youth

It is such a blessing to have a Youth Ministry at Refoveo Church International. The Youth Ministry focus listed below is only a smart part of the Ministry Goals and Objectives.

Provide a safe environment for youths 12-17 to share concerns, ask questions and learn from each other
Teach the Word with prepared messages and scriptures that support the message
Plan and execute a range of activities and special events - sports, field trips, concerts - for fun and interaction
Develop rapport and mentor youth
Set up meeting space, games and activities for each Youth Night
Clean up after Youth Night activities

Evangelism/Outreach Ministry

The Evangelism/Outreach Ministry is geared to serving the community by not only giving but showing the love of God: Highlighted below is only a small sampling of the Evangelism and Outreach Ministry.

Identify community needs
Plan and execute outreach programs—provide food, distribute clothing, toiletries, bottled water—serving the homeless, teen pregnancy centers, women’s shelters, and the wider community
Cook and package meals, sort and package supplies and donated items for distribution
Organize volunteers to execute projects
Minister to the community, in coordination with Discipleship

Women's Ministry

Refoveo Women’s Ministry, we are ambassadors to an everlasting kingdom and a royal priesthood. We empower women, to lead in their area of gifting, with a passion for our Lord Jesus Christ.

A new generation living a life, that reflects the culture of God’s kingdom. It is God’s plan, God’s purpose, God’s way everyday. Broken vessels presented as an offering that cannot be refused. Touching contrite hearts and broken spirits in a world that has left us cold.

Joel 2:28-29 “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days”. Let the spirit of the living God lead this revival in our lives.

Audio/Visual Ministry

The Audio/Visual team at Refoveo Church is focused on utilizing their experience to glorify God by doing the following:

Set up speakers, microphones, wiring for musical equipment
Set up computer to mix sound and control microphones
Set up lights for stage and sanctuary
Set up computer for on-screen graphic displays, song lyrics, scripture verses
Upload sermons weekly

Worship Ministry

Lead Praise and Worship
Support Praise and Worship Leader
Acknowledges that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and Glorify Him through songs
Sings a wide variety of Christian music
Create an environment for people to connect with God

Discipleship Ministry

Help to promote spiritual growth and development in members and the community
Participate in evangelism and share how God has blessed you
Conduct discipleship classes for new members
Plan discipleship events—distribute bibles and Christian literature, provide food, clothing, toiletries, to those in need
Minister to people with prayer
Follow up with visitors to our church, providing information and engaging with them to determine their spiritual needs

Greeting

Set up the banners, Welcome Center, directional signs before service
Greet members and guests as they arrive for service and give them a bulletin and tithing envelope
Guide guests to a seat
Print and distribute name tags
Collect and reconcile the tithes and offering
Answer questions about the church and provide information as requested

Photography / Website

To capture God-moments in time: joy, praise, worship, baptism, fellowship, and more. Those photos encapsulate the people and events and give testimony to God’s work in our church.

Live Stream our service so those at home can still get God's word. Edit the recorded message so it can be watched at a later time.

Manage the church's website so information of activities and events are readily available to church members.
